Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    7 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. (scant) dried crushed rosemary or poultry seasoning
    3 1/2 c. chicken broth or 3 chicken bouillon cubes and 3 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
    2 to 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender; blend in flour and seasonings.
    Stir in broth and cook until thick and bubbly.
    Add vegetables and chicken.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Cool.
    Put in casserole and top with pastry crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until browned.
