Great Grandma'S Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs, separated
    1 qt. whipped cream
    1/3 c. bourbon
    9 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Do half of eggs and half of cream at a time.
    Beat 6 egg yolks 20 minutes.
    Drop bourbon
    in slowly as you beat.
    In another bowl, beat 1 pint cream until stiff.
    Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar. Add to yolks.
    Beat 6 egg whites until no longer glossy (20 minutes).
    Add 4 1/2 tablespoons sugar slowly.
    Fold into egg yolks.
    Repeat with second half of ingredients.
