Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate with milk over low heat.
(Can also be melted in microwave.)
Remove from heat and stir in margarine, vanilla and sugar.
Be sure filling and icing are cool before spreading on cookies.
