Crab Cioppino - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. olive oil
3 gloves garlic or more
1 chopped onion
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 large cans whole tomatoes with juice (put in blender if desired)
2 cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. red wine
1 tsp. oregano
1 bunch fresh parsley
2 cans drained clams, minced or chopped
Preparation

Simmer all ingredients for 1 hour. Then add crab in the shell (optional: can add any white fish, shrimp or mussels).
Serve with sourdough bread.
