Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    2 tsp. rum flavoring
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on package except substitute pineapple juice for water.
    Stir shredded coconut and rum flavoring into batter.
    Pour batter into pans.
    Bake as directed.
    Cool cake.
    Remove from pan and cool completely. Frost with whipped topping.
    Sprinkle coconut on top if desired. Refrigerate until serving time.
