Low-Fat Brown Rice Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked brown rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    2 c. cooked chicken cubes
    1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
Preparation
    Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce and seasonings in large bowl.
    Transfer to a 3-quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
