Pineapple Filling For Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple, drained, juice reserved
juice of 1 orange
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and sugar.
Add pineapple and all of reserved juice except for 1/2 cup.
Cook until smooth and thickened.
Add orange juice.
When cool, spread between layers and top of cake. Frost cake with Seven Minute Icing.
