Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 scant c. raw rice
    1 qt. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Bring rice and milk to boil; simmer for 40 minutes.
    Beat eggs (by hand) and sugar together.
    Add to rice and milk and cook until it boils again.
    Add 1 tablespoon vanilla.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
