Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    5 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco; add eggs one at a time while beating. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add this mixture alternately with 1 cup buttermilk.
    Add coconut flavoring and Angel Flake coconut; stir well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
