Mother'S Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    6 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Put yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar and ingredients.
    Form into ball; let rise, then make out rolls in pan and let rise again.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 until brown.
