Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix, cooked according to box directions
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix, cooked by box directions
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Style original salad dressing mix
    1 c. milk
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped celery
    8 green onions, chopped
    2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. chopped ham (optional)
Preparation
    Mix cornbread mix, Mexican cornbread mix, egg and milk together and pour into a 12 muffin pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Crumble into a large bowl.
