Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. chopped green onion
1-inch cube ginger, peeled and chopped
3/4 c. vegetable oil or olive oil
Preparation

Score the meat several times on each side.
The cuts should be 1/4-inch across the grain.
