Chicken Breasts Diane(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 c. chicken broth
juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
Preparation

Place chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper.
Pound with mallet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In microwave-safe dish, melt butter and mix with oil.
Place chicken breasts in dish; turn to coat on both sides.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Let rest 1 minute.
Turn and microwave 3 minutes on High until chicken is done.
Set aside.
