Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 clove garlic
    3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. basil
    2 cups cooked tomatoes or 15 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    1 lb. mozzarella cheese
    1 10 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
    24 oz. tub cottage cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat, add garlic, parsley, basil, tomatoes and paste. Simmer for one hour. Cook and drain noodles. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and parmesan. In a 9x13 pan put 3 noodle lengthwise. Spread 1/2 cottage cheese mixture cover with mozzarella then cover with 1/2 meat mixture. Repeat. place last 3 noodles on top and cover with mozzarella. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before cutting.
