Chicken And Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    2 c. cubed chicken breast
    2 c. chopped fresh broccoli, steamed or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Simmer onions and mushrooms
    in
    a
    large
    skillet with butter until tender.
    Stir
    in
    rice,
    chicken,
    broccoli
    and soup. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
