Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 qt. whole milk
    1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
    nutmeg
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine well beaten eggs, condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Mix until well blended. Cook on medium-low heat. Gradually add milk and then gently fold in whipped cream. Cook until mixture is hot. Pour in punch bowl or serve in cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 2 quarts.
