Double Layer Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 1/4 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
4 oz. Philly cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 graham crust
Preparation

Combine pudding and 1 1/4 cups milk in large saucepan.
Cook on medium heat until thick and comes to full boil.
Stir constantly with whisk.
Remove from heat.
Stir in pumpkin and spices, using the whisk.
Cook and stir on medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 20 minutes or until almost cool.
Stir constantly.
