Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oleo
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs in a bowl.
Add sugar and flour and mix well.
Put oleo in 1/2 cup of hot water for a few minutes, then add to other mixture.
Stir in 3/4 cup coconut and mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle remaining coconut on top of pie.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until pie is firm.
