One Minute Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Boil one minute.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Beat until starts to thicken.
    Spread over cake.
    Top with chopped nuts (optional).
