Apricot Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes orange jello
    1 large can apricots
    1 large crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. mini marshmallows
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. combined juice
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add 1 cup juice and chill until slightly set.
    Add cut up fruit and marshmallows.
    Put in 11 x 9 x 2-inch dish. When set, add topping and cover with cheese.
