Ingredients

2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. toasted coconut
Preparation

Beat pudding mix, milk and extract on low speed for 2 minutes, then on high speed for 2 minutes.
Fold in coconut.
Pour into graham cracker crust and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
Chill.
