Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. light cream cheese
    4 tsp. NutraSweet or 1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Smart Choice reduced-fat Peter Pan peanut butter (creamy)
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 (16 oz.) lite Cool Whip topping
    2 chocolate graham cracker crusts
Preparation
    Cream the cheese, NutraSweet (or powdered sugar) and milk until light and fluffy.
    Add peanut butter and beat until smooth. Fold whipped topping into peanut butter mixture and pour into pie crusts.
    Garnish with chopped peanuts and chill five to six hours or overnight.
    (This pie freezes good and will last 2 or 3 months.)
