Hazel Gates Southern Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped apples (tart apples, Winesap)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Mix sugar, beaten eggs, spices, flour and melted margarine. Place chopped apples in unbaked crust.
Pour mixture over apples. Do not use top crust. Bake at 325\u00b0 until done through (45 minutes to 1 hour).
