Chicken Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. olive oil (approximately)
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute chicken in olive oil until done.
    Sprinkle chicken with pepper while sauteing.
    About half of the way through cooking chicken, add bell pepper and onion.
    When onion and bell pepper seem to be getting limp, add tomato sauce.
    Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until sauce warms up good.
    Add the shredded cheese to the top of each chicken breast.
    Make sure the pepper and onion are around and on top of each chicken breast, so the cheese can get on all of it at the same time.
    After cheese is melted, serve.
