Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium sized mushrooms (about 18)
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Dip caps in melted butter and place upside down in a shallow baking pan.
    Finely chop 1/4 cup of the mushroom stems and saute well with green onion in remaining butter, adding more butter if necessary.
    Add water.
    Lightly stir in stuffing.
    Spoon mixture into mushrooms caps.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, about 10 minutes.
