Green Bean Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen beans, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 c. sour cream
    2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook beans as directed on package; drain. In medium saucepan, melt 1/4 cup margarine.
    Saute onion in margarine until crisp-tender.
    Blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, cheese and beans.
    Mix well; pour in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted oleo.
    Sprinkle over beans.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
    Serves 6.
