Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. warm milk
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 beaten egg
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in milk.
    Add 1/4 cup of butter, 3 tablespoons of sugar and salt.
    Beat in almost 2 cups of flour gradually, keeping mixture satiny.
    Add flour as needed. Cover dough; let rise 30 minutes or until doubled.
