Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

salad greens
salt
garlic
olive oil
wine vinegar
Preparation

Place salad greens in a bowl.
Press garlic to taste. Sprinkle salt until you think you have enough and then add more. Pour olive oil in a circle and an X.
Add 8 shakes of the vinegar (assumes you have a shakable lid).
Mix well and serve immediately.
