Corn Flake Muffins(Serves 12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. corn flakes
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Set aside.
In large bowl, mix flakes and milk.
Let stand 2 minutes until cereal is soft.
Add egg and oil.
Beat well.
Add flour mix.
Stir only until combined.
Fill 12 greased muffin pan cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
