Kielbasa Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kielbasa sausage
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    4 medium carrots, sliced
    1 large potato, peeled and chopped
    1 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice sausage.
    Place vegetable oil in a large skillet and saute the sausage, onion and garlic until onion is wilted but not brown.
    Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook until vegetables are tender and most of liquid has been absorbed, about 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
