Red Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion (chopped)
1 large can crushed tomatoes (through mill)
2 cans minced clams
1 can clam juice
3 cloves garlic
salt
pepper
oregano
basil
Preparation

Brown onion in oil, then add tomatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes. Add clams, juice, seasonings.
Press in garlic.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Serve over linguine.
