Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 cans creamed corn
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 small jar pimentos
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute chopped onion and chopped pepper in oleo.
Mix in corn, rice, pimento, sugar and egg.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle grated cheese and paprika on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
