Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. tender beef cubes (may be cooked or uncooked)
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion
    1 to 2 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Put meat, flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag and shake to coat the meat.
    Meanwhile, saute sliced onion in 2 tablespoons oil until golden.
    Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
    Add the meat, stirring constantly to brown the floured meat.
    Add the bouillon and cook over low heat until thickened.
    Add wine and continue to simmer several minutes.
    Before serving, stir in sour cream; mix thoroughly.
    Be sure to heat through.
    Serve over rice.
