Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. ketchup
Preparation
    In blender put pepper, egg, onion, milk and 1/2 cup ketchup, blend well.
    Pour over ground beef and mix.
    Add bread crumbs and mix.
    Line a loaf pan with foil and pack mixture in it.
    Cover with remaining ketchup.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until meat loaf pulls away from pan (about 1/2 inch).
