Carrot-Basil Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 small onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. crushed dried sweet basil
Preparation
    Peel and shred carrots.
    Melt butter; add water, salt and parsley flakes and basil.
    Stir into carrots.
    Microwave on High power for 15 to 17 minutes.
    Stir twice during cooking time.
