Corn Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
1 tube crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix and cook the first 7 ingredients until thick.
Pour into baking dish.
Top with the crushed crackers and 1/2 stick margarine.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
