Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. tomatoes, chopped
    4 banana peppers (sweet)
    4 banana peppers (hot)
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    5 1/2 oz. can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a pot. Stir occasionally. Boil on medium heat. Simmer 1 hour or more to thicken. Follow general rules for canning. Makes 6 to 9 pints.
