Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef flank steak (about 2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place steak in a glass dish.
    Combine ingredients; pour over meat.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
    Remove meat, discard marinade.
    Grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness.
    Slice into thin strips across the grain to serve.
