Pavlova - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornflour starch
    1 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with an electric beater until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar beating constantly.
    Keep beating for approximately 10 minutes.
    Fold in cornflour and lemon juice. Drop in \"blob\" on baking paper on a cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
