Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 large egg
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. raisins

Preparation

In a large bowl, beat together the applesauce, egg, oil and honey.
Set the bowl aside.
