Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 container fresh mushrooms
    1 green pepper
    1 pkg. aged Swiss cheese
    1 bunch green onions
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    3 tsp. Greek Cavender's seasoning
    halved cherry tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms, pepper and cheese.
    Cut up onions.
    Combine together.
    Mix oil, vinegar and seasoning.
    Pour over mushroom combination; mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
