Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

1 (18 oz.) fat-free yellow cake mix
1 (14 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 (30 oz.) fat-free vanilla instant pudding mixes
4 c. skim milk
1 (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese (room temperature)
1 large container lite Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour batter into a large rectangle dish (9 x 13). Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Cool completely.
