Orzo With Black Beans And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Orzo pasta, uncooked
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 (1 lb.) can black beans, reused and drained
    1 (1 lb.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes with liquid
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
    grated Locatelli or Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
    Cook Orzo according to package directions.
    Microwave broccoli (covered) on High 3 minutes.
    Stir, microwave 2 minutes.
    Add black beans, tomatoes, seasoning and Feta cheese.
    Stir, microwave 1 minute on High. stir in Orzo, microwave 2 minutes on High.
    Grate cheese to taste on each portion.
    Serves 6.
