Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cored, chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. peeled, chopped cucumber
    1 green pepper, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. water
    5 Tbsp. olive or corn oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    salt to taste
    2 slices untrimmed fresh bread, cubed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in electric blender and blend at high. Place in large sieve inside mixing bowl.
    Press and stir with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
    Discard solids in sieve.
    Taste and add more salt and vinegar if desired.
    Chill before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Serve fresh the day made.
