Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 or 4 apples, chopped
2 or 3 bananas, sliced
Preparation

In a pan, use 3/4 cup reserved pineapple juice, orange juice, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook until thickened and bubbly.
Stir 1 minute.
Remove from heat and set aside.
