One Pot Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    potatoes
    1 can sauerkraut
    1 c. or more white wine (to your taste; may also use 1/2 wine and 1/2 orange juice)
    rosemary sprigs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place pork chops in bottom of large casserole that has a lid. Peel potatoes and slice about 1/8-inch thick and arrange over the top of meat.
    Drain and rinse sauerkraut and put over top of the potatoes.
    Pour wine over top.
    Top with a few sprigs of rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until meat is done and tender and potatoes are tender.
