Billy Regan'S Baked Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 lb. scallops
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Mince the onion and garlic.
    Crush the crackers.
    In a large skillet, melt the butter.
    Saute the onion and garlic.
    Add the cracker crumbs.
    Mix and cook until semi crunchy.
    Add the scallops.
    Stir together until cooked to desired doneness.
