Oven-Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 loin or rib pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Place chops in heavy cast-iron skillet.
    Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
