Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar.
    Add other ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
