Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
    1 3/4 c . sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 8 or 9-inch round baking pans.
    In a large mixing bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat on medium speed of electric mixer for 1 minute.
